Corpo medioThe Sauvignon Vini Orsone di Bastianich comes from the heart of the Colli Orientali del Friuli, a land with a millenary winemaking tradition characterised by the so-called Ponca (clayey-marly soil) and influenced by the proximity of the Julian Alps and the Adriatic Sea. The grapes from which it is born - 100% Sauvignon Blanc - are harvested by hand in vineyards located in the Premariacco, Cividale and Prepotto area in the province of Udine. After 4 months of ageing in steel, the wine rested 30 days in the bottle before being marketed.
The Sauvignon Vini Orsone di Bastianich is presented in the glass with a bright straw yellow colour. On the nose, it recalls intense aromas of yellow citrus and aromatic herbs with hints of white wildflowers. On the palate, it is fresh, pleasant and harmonious and for this reason, it lends itself to being an excellent aperitif wine as well as to accompany light dishes based on fish, shellfish or vegetables.
