Sauvignon Origin di Saint Clair

is a New Zealand white wine made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes. The production area is Marlborough, located north of the South Island and renowned for its exceptional Sauvignon Blanc. The subzone is the lower Waiaru. After the harvest, the grapes were transported to the cellar and subjected to pressing to produce the must. Alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures. The aging was done in stainless steel for several months.

The Saint Clair Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc Origin stands out with a straw yellow color and hints of green reflections. On the nose, it reveals aromas of tropical yellow fruits, herbal hints, and citrus notes of grapefruit. The palate is intense and well-structured, pleasantly fruity and mineral. It pairs well with cheeses and vegetarian dishes as well as tasty seafood dishes like linguine with mussels and clams in white sauce.
