Aroma fruttato
Corpo medioThe Sauternes di Château Les Justices was mainly obtained from Sémillon grapes with the addition of Sauvignon and Muscadelle grown on clay soils with iron layers. This prestigious type of sweet wine, unique in the world, takes its name from the homonymous wine area southeast of Bordeaux. In the vineyard, the grapes are attacked by Botrytis Cinerea or noble rot, undergoing a natural withering process. During the harvest, the berries were carefully selected and harvested by hand one by one. After vinification, the aging process lasted at least 2 years in oak barrels.
The Sauternes di Château Les Justices seduces with an intense golden yellow color. On the nose, it releases aromas of apricot and tropical fruit mingled with hints of orange blossom, honey, candied citrus, and sweet spices. The palate is enveloping and profound, supported by an elegant minerality that lingers in the long finish. Excellent paired with blue cheeses as well as dried pastries and tasty spoon desserts.
