Giusto di Notri di Tua Rita: TASTING NOTES

The Giusto di Notri di Tua Rita presents itself with an intense ruby red color. On the nose, aromas of ripe red fruits lead to hints of aromatic herbs and evolved notes of graphite and dark spices. The taste is intense and enveloping, enhanced by silky tannins and a long balsamic and spicy finish. Perfect to pair with important dishes of red meats or game. The Giusto di Notri di Tua Rita is born from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc. The vineyards from which it comes are cultivated according to the principles of integrated pest management and are rooted in predominantly clayey soils with a medium presence of gravel. During the red vinification, alcoholic fermentation spontaneously occurred thanks to indigenous yeasts, carried out in large barrels. The aging process lasted about 18 months in first and second passage French oak barrels, followed by a short period in the bottle.
