Superiore di Cartizze Valdobbiadene Dry di Andreola is a 100% Glera-based sparkling wine. The vineyards are located within the prestigious cru of Cartizze, more precisely in the subzone of Cartizze Alto. The vineyards are rooted in soils composed of marl and sandstone, at an altitude of about 300 meters above sea level. The harvest took place between the months of September and October, with a yield of about 120 meters above sea level. In the cellar, the white winemaking process included a phase of controlled-temperature alcoholic fermentation followed by 6 months of aging in stainless steel tanks. The second fermentation took place in an autoclave - following the Charmat Method - with a foaming process lasting 30-40 days. The residual sugar level is 26 grams per liter.

The Superiore di Cartizze Valdobbiadene Dry di Andreola presents itself with a straw yellow color with greenish reflections enlivened by a fine perlage. On the nose, it showcases aromas of apple and peach followed by hints of acacia flowers and citrus notes of cedar and lemon. The taste is intense and velvety, with elegant freshness and a savory finish. It pairs perfectly with butter-based desserts, dry pastries, and spoon desserts, especially those prepared with fruit or pastry cream.
