Arneis di Villadoria is produced with grapes coming from the very suitable hills of the Roero. In the popular tradition of the area, the word "arneis" indicates an extrovert and a little rebellious, original and nice person: all characteristics of this wine too. The grapes are harvested by hand, gently pressed and vinified in white at a controlled temperature, in steel; then the wine refines briefly, again in steel, so as not to affect the varietal organoleptic characteristics in the least, and enters the bottle at the beginning of the year following the harvest.

ARNEIS VILLADORIA: TASTING

The Arneis di Villadoria is presented in the glass with a straw yellow colour with youthful greenish reflections. The nose is gratifying and inviting, with hints of flowers, aromatic herbs and fruit; the linden flowers, sage, tomato leaf, broom, passion fruit, white melon and lime stand out in particular. The sip is fresh, full and with a typical almond finish. Very good with amberjack ceviche and herb mayonnaise, or, more simply, with zucchini and herbs fritatta.
