The Riesling R di Kofererhof is produced from 100% Riesling R di KofererhofRiesling R grapes, partly harvested when overripe. The vines, trained in Guyot style, grow in morainic soils characterized by gravel, sand, and silt at an altitude of around 700 meters above sea level. White winemaking - meaning that the must did not ferment on the skins - took place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine was aged for 6 months in stainless steel barrels in contact with the lees. The Riesling R di KofererhofRiesling R grape is native to Germany and is known for its unique resistance to cold temperatures, which is why it is cultivated in Italy near the Alpine arc. It also yields particularly long-lived white wines.

Koferehof's Riesling R di KofererhofRiesling R appears in a pale yellow color with greenish reflections.
