The Riesling di Abbazia di Novacella is produced from 100% Riesling di Abbazia di NovacellaRiesling Riesling grapes grown in guyot training system on soils characterized by permeable morainic deposits. The vineyards of reference are located in the Bressanone Basin, at an altitude between 700 and 900 meters above sea level. During the white vinification, alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel at a temperature of 17-19°C. The refinement lasted 6 months in stainless steel.

The Riesling di Abbazia di Novacella wine presents itself with a straw-yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose, it expresses aromas of peach and white flowers combined with floral hints of jasmine and wisteria, as well as citrus notes of cedar and lime. The taste is agile and pleasant, with great freshness and a distinctly mineral finish. This wine pairs well with cheeses, vegetarian dishes, as well as tasty seafood dishes.
