The Riesling Alcohol Free by Kolonne Null is made from dealcoholized Riesling wine. The dealcoholization process took place through vacuum distillation, which allowed the alcohol to be extracted at a low temperature of 30°C. The natural aromas of the wine were then recovered, preserving its organoleptic profile, character, and overall style. No artificial flavors or colorants were added.
