Prosecco Superiore di Valdobbiadene Brut Elem is part of the project by Eleonora Martini of the Sant'Orsola group (Fratelli Martini) who has created a series of quality products, with particular attention to fashion, packaging and design aspects. The company, one of the largest family-run Italian wineries, active since 1947 with headquarters and cellars in Cossano Belbo in the Cuneo area, takes the grapes produced in other regions through a well-established network of cooperative wineries that work in harmony with the method and of intent. This bubbly wine, produced with Glera grapes from the best Valdobbiadene vineyards, is vinified with cutting-edge winemaking technology and sparkling with the Martinotti method.

PROSECCO SUPERIORE BRUT VALDOBBIADENE ELEM CASA: TASTING

Prosecco Superiore di Valdobbiadene Brut Elem has a bright straw yellow embellished by the dense perlage. The nose has pleasant notes of apple, citrus, acacia, hawthorn and sage. On the palate, it is dry, fresh, slightly sapid and thirst-quenching. The perfect aperitif, it goes very well in the company of small blinis with pink prawn tartare.
