Prosecco DOC Treviso The Fresco Brut comes from vineyards located in the municipality of Crocetta del Montello, in the province of Treviso. It is produced with 100% Glera grapes. After the first white vinification, the second fermentation takes place by refermentation in tanks, with the Martinotti method (or Charmat method), and subsequent refinement on its own yeasts.

Prosecco DOC Treviso Villa Sandi's Fresco Brut is presented in the glass with a pale and crystalline straw yellow, with a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, it is classic, with notes of fragrant pear and apple, white flowers (especially Angel Flower) and hints of sage. At the sip, it is light, thirst-quenching, fragrant, with good acidity and small and dense bubbles. Perfect served chilled as an aperitif, in the happy company of olives all'ascolana, blinis with salmon, zucchini omelette, stuffed fried zucchini flowers and so on and so forth!
