Costaross Prosecco Rosé DOC Extra Dry is part of the "hipster and funky" line that Vinicola Serena dedicates to younger enthusiasts. The grapes come from various vineyards in the provinces of Treviso, Padua, Pordenone and Venice; this wine is composed of 90% Glera grapes and of Pinot Nero for the remaining 10%. The rosé version of Prosecco entered the disciplinary, with a certain sensation, starting from 2020. The sparkling process traditionally takes place according to the Charmat method in steel tanks.

PROSECCO ROSÉ DOC EXTRA DRY COSTAROSS: TASTING

Costaross Prosecco Rosé DOC Extra Dry has a bright pale pink colour with lively perlage and persistent foam. On the nose, it has notes of white and red flowers, apple and pear accompanied by wild strawberries and raspberry. In the mouth, it is fresh and harmonious, with the sugar residue of about 15g / L well integrated. Good pairing with black bread, salted butter and salmon, or with delicate cured meats, such as a 13-month San Daniele.
