The Prosecco Mas De Fer Rive di Soligo Valdobbiadene Extra Dry di Andreola is produced from pure Glera grapes grown in the Soligo area, a hamlet of Farra di Soligo in the province of Treviso. The harvest took place between the months of September and October with a yield of 130 quintals per hectare. In the cellar, the bunches were gently pressed to obtain the must. During vinification, fermentation took place at a controlled temperature. Following the rules of the Charmat or Martinotti Method, the second fermentation responsible for sparkling took place in an autoclave where the wine rested for 1-3 months before bottling. The residual sugar content is 14 grams per liter.
