The Prosecco Il Vino dei Poeti Brut di Bottega comes from 100% Glera grapes grown in the area between the hills of Conegliano and the slopes of Valdobbiadene, in the province of Treviso. The reference vineyards grow on clayey soil of alluvial nature, naturally rich in minerals, allowing the Glera grape to give its maximum expression. After the harvest, the clusters were transported to the cellar to be destemmed and subjected to soft pressing to obtain the must. The first fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks with the help of selected yeasts. In accordance with the Martinotti Method, the second fermentation, necessary for the formation of bubbles, occurred in an autoclave at a controlled temperature of 14°C.

The Prosecco Il Vino dei Poeti Brut di Bottega presents itself to the eye with an intense straw yellow color enlivened by a fine perlage. On the nose, it expresses aromas of apple, peach, and white pulp fruits that are joined by floral hints of wisteria, acacia, and timid citrus notes. On the palate, it is pleasant and balanced, enhanced by vibrant freshness and delicate minerality. Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs well with fresh and semi-aged cheeses, as well as with vegetarian dishes and delicious seafood recipes based on white fish, shellfish, and crustaceans.
