The Prosecco Extra Dry Vintage from Bosco Albano is made from 100% Glera grapes. The vineyards are rooted in clay and limestone soils with good presence of skeleton and organic matter. In the cellar, the vinification took place in white - without maceration of the must on the skins - for the production of the base wine. Subsequently, the refermentation in autoclave took place for the formation of bubbles, which lasted 18-20 days at a temperature of 14-16°C.

The Prosecco Extra Dry Vintage from Bosco Albano stands out with a straw yellow color with greenish reflections accentuated by lively bubbles. On the nose, it gives off aromas of yellow fruit, citrus, and bread crust. The taste is soft and pleasant, supported by a good balance between freshness and sweetness. It pairs excellently with cheeses, fried foods, dry pastries, and cream-based desserts.
