Costaross' Prosecco DOC Extra Dry is part of the "hipster and funky" line that Vinicola Serena dedicates to younger enthusiasts. The grapes come from various vineyards in the provinces of Treviso, Padua, Pordenone and Venice; this wine is composed of 85% Glera grapes and a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco and Pinot Grigio for the remaining 15%. The sparkling process traditionally takes place according to the Charmat method in steel tanks.

Costaross' Prosecco DOC Extra Dry is presented in a glass with a bright straw yellow with youthful greenish reflections and a lively perlage. On the nose, it is oriented on floral and vegetable hints of broom and thyme, enriched by sensations of apple and citrus. The palate is agile and medium-bodied, with freshness and a balanced sugar residue. Perfect as an aperitif served chilled, it is also very suitable to accompany more structured dishes, such as potato gnocchi with leeks and gorgonzola.
