The Prosecco Casa Canevel Extra Dry by Canevel is a bright straw yellow with a dense and fine perlage; the aromas are fragrant and youthful, of apple and pear, with floral touches. The sip is refreshing and pleasant, with finesse in the bubbles and a certain flavour. To be drunk in the late summer afternoon, very cold, with zucchini flowers stuffed with ricotta, anchovies and fried mint, or with a fragrant beef tartare and tzatziki sauce, or with a delicate warm seafood salad.
