Pouilly Fumè Mosaique di Domaine Philippe Raimbault is a pure Sauvignon Blanc, the result of a true mosaic of terroirs united by soils characterized by Kimmeridgian marls. After white vinification, carried out without maceration of the must on the skins and without malolactic fermentation, the wine was aged for several months in stainless steel and small wooden barrels. Pouilly Fumè is a typical appellation of the Loire Valley in France, and concerns a part of the territories on the right bank of the Loire River; the only permitted grape variety is Sauvignon Blanc.

Pouilly Fumè Mosaique di Domaine Philippe Raimbault is straw yellow with greenish reflections. On the nose, it displays aromas of yellow fleshed fruit, citrus, and tomato leaf that blend with hints of flint and subtle chalky notes. The palate is elegant and distinctly mineral, supported by vibrant freshness and an enveloping fruity and citrusy taste that lingers in the finish.
