Aroma fruttato
Corpo medioRed Angel di Jermann is a Pinot Noir-based red wine produced since the distant year of 1986. The vineyards are located at the base of Monte Fortin on soils composed of colluvial materials and exposed to southwest; the grapes are processed in steel and the wine then refines for about a year between barriques and tonneaux. Red Angel di Jermann is dedicated to Angelo Jermann, father of Silvio, who contributed to the development of an ethical and successful family business. Ethical also in the approach to nature: the study of biodiversity has been one of the main objectives from the beginning, both regarding the ecosystem that hosts the vine and in relation to the surrounding environments. The surveys carried out in the Ruttars estates and in those of Lonzano and Villanova are excellent and indicate that nature is extremely active and in excellent health with a presence ranging from 75 to 130 different species.
The Pinot Noir Red Angel di Jermann is clear and brilliant ruby red. The approach on the nose is vinous, then it develops into notes of undergrowth, small red fruits, bark balms, and exotic spiciness. On the palate, it is fresh and salty, elegant in proportions and satisfying to drink. Delicious with stuffed hen.
