The Pinot Bianco Berg of the Nals Margreid cooperative winery, like every other label of the company, bears its own name, to underline its unique character. The grapes from which this wine is born come from vineyards located at high altitudes but with a fairly warm climate. Harvesting is done strictly by hand; the vinification is carried out in steel and always in steel the wine rests for 5 months in ageing.

PINOT BIANCO BERG NALS MARGREID: TASTING

The Pinot Bianco Berg from the Nals Margreid cooperative winery has a beautiful straw yellow colour with golden reflections. On the nose, alongside the youthful fermentative hints of apple and pear, light notes of pineapple, elderflower, mint and burnt rock open up. In the mouth, it is structured, fresh, savoury and with a lingering finish on mentholated balms. Excellent in company with both fish dishes, such as grilled salmon, as well as with white meats, for example with a turkey stew, or with white buffalo pizza, anchovies and courgette flowers.
