Aroma fruttato
Corpo medioThe Petite Arvine di Ottin is a splendid 100% Petite Arvine di OttinPetite Arvine-based white wine, a semi-aromatic grape of Swiss origin. The original vineyards (facing South) are located between the municipalities of Quart and Saint-Cristophe, in the province of Aosta, on morainic and sandy soils, at an altitude ranging between 650 and 700 meters above sea level. To start the winemaking process, a whole cluster pressing was carried out. The resulting must was then fermented for 2-3 weeks at a controlled temperature. The aging took place in stainless steel for a period of 7 months in contact with the fine lees.
The extrapolated NAME OF THE WINE Vallee di Ottin presents itself with a straw yellow color. On the nose, it releases aromas of tropical yellow fruit that combine with balsamic hints of aromatic herbs and shy notes of flint. The palate is fresh and vertical, enhanced by a vibrant minerality that lingers in the long finish. It pairs well with fresh and semi-aged cheeses, as well as vegetarian dishes and tasty seafood recipes based on white fish, mollusks, and crustaceans.
