The Passerina Terre di Chieti di Palazzo Battaglini is a white wine made from 100% Passerina grapes hand-picked in the territory of Villamagna in the province of Chieti. During the white winemaking process, which is carried out without maceration of the must on the skins and malolactic fermentation, the alcoholic fermentation took place at controlled temperature. The aging occurred for several months in stainless steel. For its wines, Palazzo Battaglini uses Dring, the innovative bottle with an integrated drip saver. It is a patented device that allows pouring the wine without any drops falling from the bottle. No more wine stains on the tablecloth.
