The Rosé di Tempa di Zoè is a maritime rosé made from Aglianico grapes and a small percentage of other red grapes from the area. Tempa di Zoè is a project of 4 friends, Feudi di San Gregorio, Francesco Domini, Vincenzo D’Orta, and Bruno De Conciliis, which unfolds in 4 vineyards. The name Tempa di Zoè is not only referring to a physical place but is above all a statement of intent: the "tempe", gentle hills overlooking the sea, characterize from north to south the Cilento; Zoè is the Greek word that indicates the essence of life, common to the animal, vegetable, and mineral worlds. The grapes for the rosé are gently pressed and fermented in steel; the wine then refines for 4 months always in steel and at least 2 months in the bottle.

ROSÉ TEMPA DI ZOÈ: THE TASTING

ExtrapolatedWINE_NAME Paestum Rosato from Tempa di Zoè appears as bright salmon pink; on the nose, it smells of blood oranges, raspberries, sour cherries, and pink peppercorns. On the palate, it is savory, full of fruit, with beautiful freshness; a perfect wine for raw tuna belly, as well as red mullet stew.
