The Nebbiolo di Produttori del Barbaresco is obtained from 100% Nebbiolo di Produttori del Barbaresco selected from young vineyards located on loamy-clayey and calcareous soils. The winemaking process included a phase of alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 28°C with maceration of the must in contact with the skins for 20 days. The aging took place for 5 months in large oak barrels. It is a red wine with a refined and decisive personality, a great interpretation of the incredible territory of Langa.

The Nebbiolo di Produttori del Barbaresco from Produttori del Barbaresco presents itself to the eye with a ruby red color and garnet reflections. On the nose, it expresses hints of ripe red fruits intertwined with floral notes of violet and balsamic and dark spice notes. On the palate, it is clear and elegant, enhanced by silky tannins and a long spicy and balsamic finish. It pairs well with aged cheeses and tasty first and second courses of land-based red meats or game. Try it with a tasty risotto with sausage and Piemontese toma cheese.
