The Moscato d'Asti Le Fronde di Fontanafredda is one of the traditional labels of this historic company, which has recently converted to organic farming. The grapes come from the Langhe of Alba and Asti: vineyards located between 250 and 400 meters above sea level, resting on clay-limestone soils. The grapes are gently pressed whole, the must is clarified and filtered, then fermentation takes place in autoclave at low temperature. The wine only briefly refines in the bottle and is ready to be enjoyed.

The Moscato d'Asti Le Fronde di Fontanafredda is straw yellow crowned with a thin foam. On the nose, it presents all its varietal fragrance: musk, orange blossom, sage, mint, and honey. The sip is fresh and refreshing like grape juice, making it the quintessential after-dinner wine, loved by the whole family, perfectly accompanying both a fruit tart and cream in summer, and panettone at Christmas.
