This winery, which recently celebrated sixty years of activity, is one of the most important cooperatives in Italy: over 800 members and just under 3000 hectares of vineyards that stretch between the Adriatic Sea and the Majella. The Mo grapes come from various areas of the region, are harvested in October and vinified at controlled temperature; after malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged in tonneaux for about 2 years.

The nose is focused on fruit, sour cherries and blueberries in spirit and jam, enriched with notes of tobacco, leather, sweet spices, and caramel. The taste is soft, with elegant tannins and good freshness. An excellent wine, perfect to accompany the traditional cuisine of the inland, for example, skewers, but also "Cif e Ciaf" pork dish.
