A historic grape of Lazio takes on a sparkling identity: Kius Brut Millesimato 2023 brings out the freshness and savoury character of Bellone, crafted by Marco Carpineti in Cori.

Bellone and time on the lees

Organically grown Bellone grapes are gently pressed as whole berries and fermented at controlled temperatures. Secondary fermentation takes place in bottle, followed by an average of 24 months on the lees.

In the glass and at the table

Pale yellow with golden highlights, it offers fruit aromas and subtle yeast notes. Fresh, savoury and persistent on the palate, it is an appealing aperitif and a fine match for seafood starters, fried fish and delicate dishes.
