Bruciato Bolgheri Guado al Tasso di AntinoriBruciato Bolgheri Guado al Tasso by Antinori was obtained from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (65%), Merlot (20%), and Syrah (15%) grapes grown in the vineyards of Tenuta Guado al Tasso near Bolgheri (LI). Here, the soils are alluvial in origin, clay-sandy and clay-loamy, sometimes with a significant presence of gravel. Alcoholic fermentation and maceration took place in stainless steel tanks for 10-15 days at a temperature of 28-30°C. After malolactic fermentation, the wine aged for 12 months in barriques. Before being released, it rested for an additional 4 months in the bottle.
