The Bruciato Bolgheri Guado al Tasso di Antinori was obtained from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (65%), Merlot (20%) and Syrah (15%) grapes from the vineyards of the Guado al Tasso estate near Bolgheri (LI). Here the soils are of alluvial origin, of clayey-sandy and clayey-silty matrix, in some cases with a consistent presence of structure. Alcoholic fermentation and maceration took place in stainless steel for 10-15 days at a temperature of 28-30° C. After the malolactic fermentation, the wine was aged for 12 months in barriques. Before being released on the market, it rested for a further 4 months in the bottle.

IL BRUCIATO ANTINORI BOLGHERI: TASTING

The Bruciato Bolgheri Guado al Tasso by Antinori enchants in the glass with its intense ruby red colour. On the nose, it reveals aromas of cherry and small ripe red fruits that intertwine with hints of sweet spices and light balsamic notes. On the palate, it is soft and well structured, supported by a balanced taste and smooth tannins that make it enveloping. Lingering finish. At the table, it goes well with cured meats and semi-aged cheeses but also with land recipes based on red meats or game.
