The Grillo Carolina Marengo Kisa di Feudi del Pisciotto is 100% Grillo-based. The reference vineyards are located in the territory of Niscemi (CL), on loose soils, at an altitude of about 100 meters above sea level. After the harvest, carried out with a yield of 55 quintals per hectare, the grapes were transported to the cellar for white vinification. Alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel at controlled temperature and was followed by malolactic fermentation. The aging process took place for 8 months in barriques and 8 months in the bottle.

The Grillo Carolina Marengo Kisa di Feudi del Pisciotto presents itself with a straw yellow color with golden reflections. On the nose, it offers aromas of apple and yellow-fleshed fruit that intertwine with hints of Mediterranean scrub and warm notes of vanilla and sweet spices. The taste is soft and full-bodied, supported by an engaging saline freshness that lingers in the slightly spicy finish. Ideal paired with cheeses and rich vegetarian dishes as well as tasty seafood recipes like baked swordfish with raisins and pine nuts.
