Aroma fruttato
Corpo medioThe Greco di Tufo di Vadiaperti Traerte was produced from 100% Greco grapes sourced from the territories of Prata di Principato Ultra, Santa Paolina, and Montefusco, in the province of Avellino. The vineyards, facing South, consist of 30-40-year-old vines rooted in clayey soils, at an altitude ranging from 600 to 700 meters above sea level. After manual harvesting, the clusters were transported to the cellar to undergo soft pressing. The resulting must was fermented in stainless steel tanks where it then aged for several months before bottling.
The Greco di Tufo di Vadiaperti Traerte presents itself with a straw yellow color with golden reflections. On the nose, it expresses aromas of yellow pulp fruit combined with hints of beeswax and grapefruit notes. The taste is fresh and full-bodied, enhanced by a pronounced minerality that lingers in the long finish. It pairs well with semi-mature cheeses, vegetarian dishes, and delicious seafood recipes featuring white fish, mollusks, and crustaceans.
