The grapes come from a historic company vineyard called Serre, located in Miane (TV) and characterized by loamy-sandy soils situated at an altitude of about 400 meters above sea level. Like all the sparklers from Casa Coste Piane, the Brichet is the result of an alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts and a refermentation in the bottle according to the ancestral method, spontaneously activated without the addition of further sugars or yeasts.
