Giovin Re Viognier by Michele Satta is a 100% Viognier white wine vinified separately. After harvesting in the first week of September, the grapes were transported to the winery and whole-cluster pressed. The resulting must was fermented, half in barriques and half in concrete, where the wine rested until January. After blending, Giovin Re Viogner by Michele Satta aged for 12 months in the bottle.

Giovin Re Viogner by Michele Satta presents a straw-yellow color with golden reflections.
