The Friulano Dolée di Vie di Romans is obtained from 100% Friulano grapes grown in the area of the municipality of Mariano del Friuli (GO), daughters of a single vineyard, the Dolée in fact, at about 30 metres above sea level. After a cold maceration, at a temperature of 8°, and a fermentation of 18 days, between 16° and 19°, the refinement took place for 9 months in steel on the lees and a further 9 months in the bottle. The Vie di Romans winery was among the first to enhance the concept of cru and therefore the individual vineyards from which the company's wines are born.

FRIULANO DOLEE VIE DI ROMANS: TASTING

The Friulano Dolée from Vie di Romans is one of the most appreciated Friulians, even internationally, in the whole of Friuli Venezia Giulia. It has an intense straw yellow colour in the glass. Delicate floral notes introduce enveloping aromas of white pulp fruit and pineapple with balsamic returns. It is a white with good structure, with a full and pleasantly soft sip. Elegant in the balance between freshness and minerality. Excellent persistence of taste. At the table, it is ideal paired with seafood first and second courses but also with tasty recipes based on vegetables and white meat.
