Aroma fruttato
Corpo medioFriulano No Name di Vigne di Zamò by Vigne di Zamò is a white wine made from 100% Friulano grapes grown on soils characterized by the so-called ponca, a typical alternating of marl and sandstone in the area. The harvest was carried out by hand in mid-September. During vinification, the alcoholic fermentation took place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and was followed by a partial malolactic fermentation. The aging lasted for 6 months on fine lees with frequent batonnage.
No Name Friulano by Vigne di Zamò presents itself in the glass with a straw-yellow color and greenish reflections. On the nose, aromas of apricot and yellow-fleshed fruits blend with hints of spring flowers and aromatic herbs. The taste is soft and well-structured, fresh and distinctly mineral. The finish is enveloping with fruity and citrus notes. Perfectly pairs with cheeses, vegetarian dishes, as well as flavorful seafood recipes with white fish, mollusks, and crustaceans.
