The Franciacorta DOCG Alma Rosè Brut di BellavistaFranciacorta DOCG Alma Rosè Brut by Bellavista was obtained from 62% Chardonnay and 38% Pinot Noir grapes grown in the company's vineyards, made up of vines with an average age of 25 years. The vinification process took place in steel, while the choice of base wines for creating the cuvée was made from 30 harvest selections. After blending, the wine was aged 40% in stainless steel and 60% in small barrels of white oak for a period of 24 months. In accordance with the Metodo Champenoise, the Franciacorta DOCG Rosè Brut Millesimato 2017 by Bellavista is the result of refermentation in the bottle with 36 months of resting on the lees.
