The Franciacorta Alma Grande Cuvée Dosaggio Zero by Bellavista enters the glass with a bright straw yellow colour, with a dense and lively perlage. On the nose, it is a riot of white flowers, hawthorn and angel flower in the first place, citrus notes of Sorrento lemon, fragrant references to pastry. The sip is refreshing, fresh, with a certain flavour and fragrant, with bubbles that still invite you to drink. Perfect combination with anchovies in a pan, as more simply with blinis stuffed with tuna sauce, or with fried cod meatballs.
