The Fiano Kratos di Luigi Maffini is a 100% Fiano based white. The harvest, which took place between the third decade of August and the second decade of September, led to a yield of about 60 quintals per hectare. Once arrived in the cellar, the grapes were subjected to soft pressing to obtain the must which was then fermented in stainless steel at a temperature of 16°C. The refinement took place for 4 months in stainless steel tanks.

The Fiano Kratos di Luigi Maffini has an intense straw yellow color. On the nose, it releases aromas of tropical yellow fruit and spring white flowers that are followed by hints of honey and slight herbal notes. On the palate, it offers a clear mineral freshness and a pleasant fruity and flowery taste that invite to a second sip. Long finish of toasted hazelnut. Try it with rich vegetarian dishes or seafood recipes, also in fried version.
