The Etna Bianco Villa dei Baroni di Carranco was obtained from 100% Carricante grapes cultivated in Contrada Carranco in the municipality of Castiglione di Sicilia (CT). The reference vineyards, facing North/South, are located on volcanic soils at an altitude of about 500 meters above sea level. During vinification, alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel and/or cement tanks at a temperature of 15-16°C. The aging process lasted 6-7 months in cement in contact with the fine lees.

The Etna Bianco Villa dei Baroni di Carranco presents a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose, it offers aromas of green apple and white-fleshed fruit intertwining with hints of spring flowers, aromatic herbs, and citrus notes. On the palate, it is intense and mineral, supported by a gentle freshness and a pleasant fruity and herbaceous taste. It pairs well with cheeses, vegetarian dishes, as well as with delicious recipes based on white fish, mollusks, and crustaceans.
