Aroma floreale
Corpo robustoPinot Bianco Talis di Venica is obtained from 100% Pinot Bianco grapes, left to macerate, after harvesting, for about 12 hours at a temperature of 10/12° degrees. 40% of the must underwent fermentation and ageing on the lees for 5 months in large wooden barrels; the remaining part in steel. After blending, the wine was bottled at the full moon of March following the harvest. The vineyards from which Talis is born, enjoy a particular type of soil, typical of the Collio, called Ponka consisting of a stratification of marl and sandstone that give the wines a marked minerality and a unique character.
The Pinot Bianco Talis di Venica shines in the glass with a straw yellow colour with golden reflections. Hints of white flowers, apple and yellow pulp fruit follow each other on the nose, intertwined with timid vegetal notes of aromatic herbs. Full-bodied and intense, the taste expresses a lively freshness and an elegant minerality that persists in the finish. At the table, it goes well with seafood recipes, non-spicy cheeses and vegetarian dishes.
