Elena Walch's Chardonnay is a white wine with a 100% Chardonnay base. The reference vineyards, facing south-east, are rooted in hilly limestone soils at an altitude of 600 metres above sea level. Vinification included an alcoholic fermentation phase in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 20°C. Maturation took place for several months in stainless steel in contact with the yeasts.

The Chardonnay of Elena Walch offers itself to the eye with a straw-yellow colour with brilliant reflections. The nose offers aromas of golden apple, pineapple and tropical yellow-fleshed fruit that meet hints of white flowers and notes of herbs and flint. The taste is smooth and balanced, with intense mineral freshness. Ideal as an aperitif, at the table it goes well with cheese and vegetarian dishes as well as delicious seafood recipes with white fish, shellfish and crustaceans.
