The Coda di Volpe di Vadiaperti Traerte comes from 100% Coda di Volpe di Vadiaperti TraerteCoda di Volpe grapes grown in the Vertecchia area, in the countryside of Pietradefusi (AV). The vineyards, facing South, are composed of vines aged 15-40 years and are located on clayey-sandy soils characterized by quartz and limestone, at an altitude ranging from 400 to 500 meters above sea level. The harvest was carried out by hand between the end of September and the month of October. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks, as well as the aging which continued for several months before bottling.
