The Ciliegiolo di Lunae is made from 100% Ciliegiolo grapes cultivated in the plains of Luni, nestled between the Apuan Alps and the Tyrrhenian Sea. The vineyards here are situated on sandy soils at an altitude of about 100 meters above sea level. The red vinification included a 3-day maceration period of the must on the skins. The alcoholic fermentation and 3-month aging took place in stainless steel tanks.

CILIEGIOLO LUNAE BOSONI: TASTING NOTES

The Ciliegiolo di Lunae presents a ruby red color with bright reflections. On the nose, it boasts fragrant aromas of red fruits and flowers intertwined with notes of aromatic herbs. The taste is fresh and distinctly fruity, supported by sweet and smooth tannins. It pairs excellently with cured meats and cheeses, as well as flavorful land-based dishes made with red meats.
