Chianti Superiore Collezione Oro di Piccini: TASTING NOTES

The PLACEHOLDER_WINE is born from 85% Sangiovese and 15% Merlot grapes. During the red vinification, alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 25-30°C, with a must maceration on the skins for 8 days. The aging occurred in cement tanks for a period of 8 months.

The PLACEHOLDER_WINE stands out with an intense ruby red color. On the nose, it releases scents of ripe red fruits intertwined with hints of rose, violet, and dark oriental spices. The taste is straightforward and balanced, with a vigorous yet well-integrated tannic structure. Versatile in character, it is excellent as an all-meal wine. Try it with a tasty baked pasta.
