The Chianti "Così" di Piccini is obtained from 100% Sangiovese grapes carefully selected. The vinification took place entirely in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, including a brief maceration of the must in contact with the skins. To preserve the aromatic characteristics of Sangiovese to the fullest, the aging process did not involve any passage in wood.

CHIANTI COSÌ PICCINI: TASTING NOTES

Chianti Così di Piccini reveals itself with a ruby red color with bright reflections. On the nose, it offers aromas of cherry and small wild berries mingling with hints of violet petals. On the palate, it is fresh and straightforwardly fruity, supported by soft tannins. Excellent as an all-around wine, it pairs perfectly with flavorful earthy dishes, especially those based on red meats.
