The original vineyards, facing South, are located on hilly terrain rich in river pebbles, at an altitude between 270 and 350 meters above sea level. The vinification process included a phase of alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature of 26°C, carried out in open truncated cone-shaped stainless steel tanks, with the help of selected indigenous yeasts. The aging took place in 27-hectolitre oak barrels for 16-20 months and for an additional 6 months in the bottle.

The taste is elegant and harmonious, enhanced by agile and smooth tannins and a gentle fresh-savory texture that lingers in the long finish. At the table, it pairs well with cured meats, aged cheeses, as well as first and second courses based on red meats or game.
