The Chianti Classico Riserva Cultus Boni di Badia a Coltibuono was produced from 80% Sangiovese grapes with the addition of 20% of indigenous complementary grapes from the Monti area, a fraction south of Gaiole in Chianti (SI). During the red vinification, that is, with maceration of the must on the skins, the alcoholic fermentation took place with indigenous yeasts. The aging was 18 months in used barriques.
CHIANTI CLASSICO RISERVA CULTUS BONI BADIA A COLTIBUONO: TASTING NOTES
The Chianti Classico Riserva Cultus Boni di Badia a Coltibuono presents itself to the eye with an intense ruby red color. On the nose, it expresses aromas of sour cherry and red fruits that intertwine with hints of Mediterranean herbs and notes of black pepper and sweet oriental spices. The taste is soft and concentrated, supported by smooth tannins and a long fruity and balsamic finish. It pairs well with aged cheeses as well as flavorful dishes of red meats or game.Product specifications
