The Villa Margon Chardonnay di Tenuta Margon is born from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown in the homonymous estate located southwest of Trento. The original vineyards, in particular, grow on soils that are mainly sandy and rich in gravel. The harvest yielded approximately 60 hectoliters of wine per hectare. During vinification, alcoholic fermentation took place partly in stainless steel and partly in oak barrels. The aging process lasted for 10-12 months in stainless steel and wood of various sizes, followed by another 8-10 months in bottle.

The Villa Margon Chardonnay di Tenuta Margon appears in the glass with a straw yellow color and golden reflections. On the nose, it releases aromas of yellow pulp fruit and white flowers, followed by citrusy notes and subtle hints of sweet spices. The palate is mineral and full-bodied, supported by a pronounced fruity taste that leads to a lingering citrusy and spicy finish. It pairs well with vegetarian dishes and delicious seafood first and second courses.
