The Chardonnay di Tormaresca comes from 100% Chardonnay di TormarescaChardonnay grapes from the Maìme Estate located in San Pietro Vernotico (BR), in Upper Salento. After the harvest, the clusters were transported to the cellar to undergo soft pressing. The resulting must was cooled and maintained at a temperature of 10°C for 24 hours to achieve natural clarification. Alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 26°C. The aging process took place for several months always in stainless steel.

CHARDONNAY TORMARESCA: TASTING

In the glass, the Chardonnay di Tormaresca reveals a straw yellow color. On the nose, aromas of white and tropical fruits emerge, blending with hints of orange blossom, jasmine, and subtle citrus notes. On the palate, it is soft and pleasant, accentuated by a lively mineral freshness that invites another sip. It pairs well with fresh and semi-mature cheeses, vegetarian dishes, and delicious seafood recipes based on white fish, shellfish, and crustaceans.
