The Champagne Grand Cru Extra Brut Millésimé 2013 by Egly-Ouriet is a refined cuvée made exclusively from Grand Cru vineyards in the Montagne de Reims. Composed mainly of Pinot Noir, with a small percentage of Chardonnay, it captures the essence of an exceptional vintage. Fermented with indigenous yeasts, it undergoes long aging on the lees for at least seven years. Disgorgement is carried out without filtration, preserving its organoleptic qualities. The low final dosage (2 g/L) highlights the purity and elegance of the terroir.
